Assembly Technician                                                                           

RCI is looking for an assembly technician to assist with production of specialized harvesting machines.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble specialized agricultural equipment with care and quality
- Assist in the build of prototype machines
- Work in a team environment to accomplish team goal
- Grow in responsibility to oversee product assembly in the future

Requirements:

- Experience in assembly operations
- H.S. Education or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to assist with field test and other work depending on time of year
- Strong work ethic
- Experience in welding preferred
